Ultra Sigil — one item, two stories about where it drops
Here, Pixel Lineage means the turn-based Roblox roguelike, not the LineageOS Android ROM.

What I checked
I put MrGuider’s 20 Oct 2026 Act table next to Roonby’s 15 Oct 2026 sentence that there is no confirmed boss. I cannot tell you which boss pays the sigil, because the sources refuse to agree and I have not farmed the acts.
What the sigil does
Each Super has one sigil. Using it adds 25% attack, 25% magic, and 25% max HP, the wiki says the hits never miss, and it opens Ultra skill I. Two Ultra tomes open skills II and III. That part is consistent across the wiki and Allthings. The drop location is not.
Act numbers people repeat
MrGuider’s sigil acts, which I am quoting as a report: Sentinel, Deadeye, and Monk in Act 4; Berserk, Hexer, and Oni in Act 5; Beast Tamer, Assassin, and Warbringer in Act 6; Corsair, Siren, and Minstrel in Act 7; Greatsword, Brawler, and Dragon Lord in Act 8; Ranger, Cleric, and Summoner in Act 9; Rogue, Pianist, and Valhalla in Act 10. Roonby says drops start around Act 5 and no boss is fixed. Treat the list as a search hint.

Questions
How do I get an Ultra Sigil?
Reach a Super, then find that Super’s sigil. Guides disagree on the act and the boss. The effect after you use it is the +25% line above.
Where is the Shura sigil?
Shura is the Oni Ultra. MrGuider puts the Oni sigil in Act 5. That is a report, not a guarantee.
