What I checked
I pulled the Celestine row from the Fandom race table and the heirloom map Allthings published on 17 Oct 2026. I have not evolved a Celestine hero, so stage-3 effects stay blank where the sources left them blank.
The roll
Celestine is Mythic at 1.44%. Passive on the wiki: +6% crit, +4% dodge, +6% magic. STARFALL every 3rd turn
Celestine follows the same three-stage evolution as the other races: heirloom, then heartblood, then a stage 3 whose full cost is not published.
