What I checked
I pulled the Nightborne row from the Fandom race table and the heirloom map Allthings published on 17 Oct 2026. I have not evolved a Nightborne hero, so stage-3 effects stay blank where the sources left them blank.
The roll
Nightborne is Mythic at 0.72%. Passive on the wiki: Bloodthirst. Wiki: 20% of damage to HP, cap 15% max HP. Other guides: 15% / cap 7%
Two numbers are in circulation. Wiki: 20% of damage returns as HP, cap 15% of max HP per move. Allthings and Roonby: 15% and a 7% cap. I am not choosing one without a tooltip screenshot.

How do I evolve Nightborne?
Kindled needs the heirloom (Act 9 Nightmare, Stormcaller). Exalted needs the heartblood (Crypt Lord (Act 2)). Stage 3 is named Nightlord where a name exists. Counts for that last step are not published.
