What I checked
I pulled the Sylvan row from the Fandom race table and the heirloom map Allthings published on 17 Oct 2026. I have not evolved a Sylvan hero, so stage-3 effects stay blank where the sources left them blank.
The roll
Sylvan is Rare at 7.19%. Passive on the wiki: +12% Nature damage and Call Sylph
Sylvan follows the same three-stage evolution as the other races: heirloom, then heartblood, then a stage 3 whose full cost is not published.
