What I checked

I pulled the Tideborn row from the Fandom race table and the heirloom map Allthings published on 17 Oct 2026. I have not evolved a Tideborn hero, so stage-3 effects stay blank where the sources left them blank.

Tideborn is Mythic at 0.72%. Passive on the wiki: Tidal Grace: heal 5% max HP at the start of each turn

Tideborn follows the same three-stage evolution as the other races: heirloom, then heartblood, then a stage 3 whose full cost is not published.

Kindled needs the heirloom (Act 8 Nightmare, Shatterback). Exalted needs the heartblood (Tolling Bell (Act 7)). Stage 3 is named Leviathan where a name exists. Counts for that last step are not published.
