What I checked
I pulled the Vesper row from the Fandom race table and the heirloom map Allthings published on 17 Oct 2026. I have not evolved a Vesper hero, so stage-3 effects stay blank where the sources left them blank.
The roll
Vesper is Rare at 5.76%. Passive on the wiki: +12 Energy reserve, +8% magic, 6% ability evade
Vesper follows the same three-stage evolution as the other races: heirloom, then heartblood, then a stage 3 whose full cost is not published.
