What I checked
I counted the wiki weapon page as 29 forge + 12 blueprint + 6 mythic. Blossomfall is not on it. I do not have every tooltip, so this page is the cost ladder plus the mythic names.

Mythic names: Seraph’s Oath, Nightfang, Astral Scepter, Phoenix Knuckles, Aurora Lute, Celestial Bow. Do not apply the T2 +7 attack line to a blueprint weapon such as Iron Staff. The wiki says that tooltip is unrecorded.
